Catherine is a seasoned HR professional with over 23 years experience in local, large and small and global, unionised and non-unionised organisations as well as holding MSc in HRM (CIPD). University of Limerick. Catherine’s expertise and passion are in ER/IR, with strong employment law experience and knowledge. strategic HR expertise, particularly in coaching and training leadership teams, building strong, robust and successful people strategy’s for organisations with a focus on succession planning, work culture, values and employee attraction and retention.
Catherine has a particular interest in what currently drives a business to success, with a focus on leadership development, succession planning (right up to C Suite/CEO level). The importance of the employer and employee value proposition (the EVP) and how employer branding, particularly how employers can now attract and retain top candidates, what candidates are now seeking in a potential employer, the benefits package, successful onboarding and what current and upcoming Gens (Millennials, Gen Z, Gen Alpha etc ) are seeking in a career/employer.
